Established on 2009, we are specialized in molding making with cams, slides, lifters, core pull, stack and automatic unscrewing actions. We normally use steel P20, H13, S7, 420SS, Ampco from Europe and standard components from DME, Progressive, Hasco and etc. Every month we produce over 10 sets hot runner molds using Incoe, Yudo, Mold master systems.

We are equipped with large bridge CNC, high speed CNC, double head EDM, spotting machines, CMM and high speed injection machines.

Our commonly used steels are:

- Main suppliers: ASSAB, Glitz and Fushun Steel

- Main inserts: 738H/2344/S136H

- Cooling inserts: Ampco, Moldmax

Multi-cavity hot runner brands are:

Yudo, Incoe, Synventive, Mold master

We are also equipped with 60T-600T injection molding machine to provide multi-cavity thin-wall production.

Commonly used rubber materials are PP, PS, PC, PMMA and TPR.
